In the beginning....

Millwall Albion RUFC was formed in 1995 by Mike Marques, Phil Antenbring,  Perry Munton, Larry McCabe, Chris Underwood and others, whipped into shape by St Bill of Lancaster, after watching the World Cup rugby on the TV.  From humble beginnings (borrowed shirts etc) the club has gone from strength to strength.  There is a very successful first team (having gained 4 promotions in 6 seasons) and a second team (known as the Llamas) both of whom meet regularly during the season.  The first team enjoys a good status in the Eastern Counties III South league and the Llamas are in the Essex Merit Table.
