Please double-check meeting times with your coach or team manager.

To play, you must bring

• £2.50 match subs.
• plus a change of clothes for all away fixtures. You will not be allowed to travel to away matches if you do not have a change of clothes.  
• A gum shield. Gum shields are compulsory...you cannot play without one!
